They provide the best results when rooting, promote vigorous growth and a long and strong flowering phase. By using UGro coconut, you also reduce the CO2 footprint of your personal plant cultivation or gardening and contribute to the preservation of the moors and peat soils, a unique and sensitive habitat for rare organisms and numerous species of birds, dragonflies and plants.

The coconut substrate is washed in fresh water in a complex manufacturing process and adjusted to the correct pH value (approx. 6.4). UGro coco bricks contain natural Trichoderma fungi that promote root growth, improve nutrient uptake and increase plant vitality.

Our raw materials come from Indian coconut plantations located far inland. In this way we ensure a consistently low EC value (salt content) in our products. All UGro products are pre-treated with a buffer solution to reduce the potassium and sodium content to the required minimum.

The UGro products can be disposed of naturally and easily. Either in the bio bin, on the compost heap, or incorporated as a natural soil conditioner in the garden and vegetable patch. As simple as that!

UGro is the ideal substrate for beginners and experts alike : it has the same buffering and forgiving properties as soil and soilless substrates, but it can also be used as a quality replacement for rockwool and other inert media in professional growing systems.

The substrate is suitable for outdoor cultivation (garden, balcony) and also for cultivation under artificial light .
